The questions we hear most from facility owners evaluating plans.

Can I change plans later?

Yes. You can move up or down anytime — your data stays intact and the price adjusts on your next billing cycle. There's no penalty for changing plans as your facility grows or seasonal needs shift.

What happens if I go over my member limit?

Club includes up to 50 members and Facility up to 200 members. Once your limit is reached, adding new members may require an upgrade or an agreed increase in capacity. Contact us for a quote before you need more space. Existing members are not removed when you reach the limit.

What's the difference between members and drop-ins?

Members are players with active accounts at your facility. Drop-ins are guests booking individual sessions, often without a membership. The Facility tier supports both. The Club tier supports members only — add the Growth Accelerator if you want to start accepting drop-ins without committing to a higher plan.

Do members have to download an app?

No. Court bookings happen through a web link on any device — phone, tablet, or laptop. Event signups (camps, tournaments, drop-in nights) don't even require an account, just an email.

How do CAD and USD prices work?

Use the CAD / USD selector to view fixed prices for each market. These prices do not change with daily exchange rates. Monthly prices are billed monthly; annual prices are the total for one year. Your quote will state your billing currency and any applicable taxes or additional services. Pro, add-ons, and additional capacity are quoted separately.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Month-to-month plans cancel at the end of your current billing cycle with no penalty. Annual plans run for the full term but can be paused or transferred if your situation changes.
