Can I change plans later?

Yes. You can move up or down anytime — your data stays intact and the price adjusts on your next billing cycle. There's no penalty for changing plans as your facility grows or seasonal needs shift.

What happens if I go over my member limit?

Nothing breaks. We'll reach out to discuss scaling options, which are available on every plan. You won't be locked out of your account or charged surprise fees.

What's the difference between members and drop-ins?

Members are players with active accounts at your facility. Drop-ins are guests booking individual sessions, often without a membership. The Facility tier supports both. The Club tier supports members only — add the Growth Accelerator if you want to start accepting drop-ins without committing to a higher plan.

Do members have to download an app?

No. Court bookings happen through a web link on any device — phone, tablet, or laptop. Event signups (camps, tournaments, drop-in nights) don't even require an account, just an email.

What's the difference between members and drop-ins?
